Yes. Currently, Untreepl supports shipping products up to 12x12x8 inches in size and up to 9 pounds in weight. Larger or heavier items are not supported at this time. Additionally, certain product categories may not be allowed. Read this to find out more or contact us for specifics if you're unsure about your item.
Our Shippers pick, pack, and ship 6 days per week, Monday - Saturday. We do not ship on Sundays or national holidays, as carriers are closed on those days.
Your products will be stored at your assigned Shipper facility. Once a Shipper is matched to your business, you’ll receive photos and videos of the location for full transparency and peace of mind.

Untreepl automatically matches you with the most optimal Shipper based on your order history. We analyze where most of your customers are located and assign a facility closest to them. This approach helps reduce costs, increase delivery speed, and lower carbon emissions.

To keep delivery speeds fast and processing times low, Untreepl currently does not support order customizations. However, this may change in the future as we continue to improve our platform and expand features.
Your products are shipped by Untreepl’s network of pre-qualified Shippers. These are trusted individuals or businesses that meet strict standards for reliability, security, and facility quality. Every Shipper undergoes thorough background checks, facility evaluations, and ongoing quality control to ensure your orders are handled with care and professionalism.
Absolutely. If an issue cannot be resolved through direct communication with your assigned Shipper, the Untreepl support team will step in to help. Simply reach out to us with the details of the problem, and we’ll work quickly to provide the assistance you need.
Not yet. Currently, Untreepl only offers shipping through our carrier partners. However, pickup from Shipper locations is a feature we’re working on, so stay tuned for future updates.
Yes. With Untreepl you can edit your order before it ships. The available options include:

These edits can be made directly in your Untreepl dashboard for quick and easy order management.
Untreepl is built to handle seasonal spikes and retail peaks. No. Untreepl will never transfer your inventory without notifying you first. If a transfer is needed, we’ll inform you in advance, and it will be done at no additional cost to your business.
In the unlikely event that your assigned Shipper becomes unavailable, Untreepl will step in immediately to support you. We’ll reassign your products to another vetted Shipper to ensure no disruption to your fulfillment flow. You’ll be notified right away and kept informed throughout the process.
Yes. Shippers are allowed up to 7 business days of vacation per calendar year. You’ll be notified at least 30 days in advance, so you can plan ahead without disruption to your fulfillment.
Absolutely. You can communicate directly with your assigned Shipper through the Inbox section in your Untreepl dashboard. Each document,such as an order, return, or transfer has its own dedicated Inbox for seamless and transparent communication.
At Untreepl, we operate on a foundation of mutual trust. We rely on the quantities you provide in your incoming transfer and treat them as accurate. This approach streamlines operations, avoids unnecessary delays, and helps build transparent, reliable partnerships. All orders are dispatched no later than the next business day. This ensures your customers receive fast, reliable fulfillment without delays.
Some Shipper facilities are temperature controlled, while others are not. Availability depends on your assigned location. If temperature-sensitive storage is important for your products, let us know so we can match you with the right facility.
Untreepl cannot store or ship the following prohibited items:
• Perishable goods that require refrigeration or freezing
• Hazardous materials or dangerous goods (flammable, explosive, or toxic)
• Illegal or restricted substances
• Live animals
• Weapons, firearms, or ammunition
• Items prohibited by carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL) or local laws

Yes. If you have experience in DTC fulfillment and maintain a high Shipper Score, you can absolutely make Untreepl your full-time job. We fully support dedicated Shippers and provide the tools and resources needed to help you succeed and grow with the platform.
As a Shipper, your tasks are simple and streamlined. You will:
• Pick products from your stored inventory
• Pack them securely into a provided shipping packaging.
• Generate a shipping label directly from the Untreepl app
• Drop off the packages to the assigned shipping carrier

To join Untreepl as a Shipper, you’ll need:
• An active LLC
• Empty space suitable for inventory storage
• At least 2 hours of availability per day
• Business general liability insurance

Getting started is simple. Just fill out the Shipper signup form, submit your business and space details, and our team will review your application. Once approved, you’ll be ready to start earning by storing and fulfilling orders from local brands.
Once your enrollment is confirmed, Untreepl will ship all required materials directly to your address. This includes standard shipping supplies, a shipping label printer, and a scale. Everything you need to start fulfilling orders right away.
It’s flexible. You can commit as little or as much time as you can support. However, we recommend a minimum commitment of 2 hours per day, 6 days a week (excluding national holidays) to ensure smooth operations and consistent fulfillment performance.
All orders must be picked, packed, and shipped within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and national holidays. This ensures fast delivery for customers and helps you maintain a high Shipper Score on Untreepl.
We understand that things come up. If you need to pause or end your partnership with Untreepl, simply let us know at least 30 days in advance. You’ll be required to ship any inventory currently in your possession to a designated location. No hard feelings—we’ll be glad to work with you again in the future if the timing is right.

Yes. A valid driver’s license is required to perform shipping activities as a Shipper on Untreepl. You’ll need it to drop off packages to carriers as part of your daily fulfillment tasks.
In the rare event you encounter an issue with a specific order or document, we encourage you to use the embedded Inbox feature inside that document to communicate directly with the brand. If the issue cannot be resolved through the Inbox, please reach out to Untreepl support, and we’ll step in to assist you right away.
