Yes. Currently, Untreepl supports shipping products up to 12x12x8 inches in size and up to 9 pounds in weight. Larger or heavier items are not supported at this time. How many days per week does Untreepl ship?

Our Shippers pick, pack, and ship 6 days per week, Monday - Saturday. We do not ship on Sundays or national holidays, as carriers are closed on those days.

Where will my products be stored?

Your products will be stored at your assigned Shipper facility. Once a Shipper is matched to your business, you’ll receive photos and videos of the location for full transparency and peace of mind.

Untreepl automatically matches you with the most optimal Shipper based on your order history. We analyze where most of your customers are located and assign a facility closest to them. This approach helps reduce costs, increase delivery speed, and lower carbon emissions.

Can I store my products in different locations with Untreepl?

Who will ship my products?

Your products are shipped by Untreepl’s network of pre-qualified Shippers. These are trusted individuals or businesses that meet strict standards for reliability, security, and facility quality. Every Shipper undergoes thorough background checks, facility evaluations, and ongoing quality control to ensure your orders are handled with care and professionalism.

If I have an issue with a Shipper, will Untreepl support me?

Absolutely. If an issue cannot be resolved through direct communication with your assigned Shipper, the Untreepl support team will step in to help. Simply reach out to us with the details of the problem, and we’ll work quickly to provide the assistance you need.

Can orders be picked up directly from an Untreepl location?

Not yet. Currently, Untreepl only offers shipping through our carrier partners. However, pickup from Shipper locations is a feature we’re working on, so stay tuned for future updates.

Can I edit my order with Untreepl? How does it work?

Yes. With Untreepl you can edit your order before it ships. The available options include:

Can Untreepl transfer my products to another location without notifying me?

No. Untreepl will never transfer your inventory without notifying you first. If a transfer is needed, we’ll inform you in advance, and it will be done at no additional cost to your business.

What happens if a Shipper becomes unavailable?

In the unlikely event that your assigned Shipper becomes unavailable, Untreepl will step in immediately to support you. We’ll reassign your products to another vetted Shipper to ensure no disruption to your fulfillment flow. You’ll be notified right away and kept informed throughout the process.

Do Shippers take vacations?

Yes. Shippers are allowed up to 7 business days of vacation per calendar year. You’ll be notified at least 30 days in advance, so you can plan ahead without disruption to your fulfillment.

Can I contact my Shipper directly?

Absolutely. You can communicate directly with your assigned Shipper through the Inbox section in your Untreepl dashboard. Each document,such as an order, return, or transfer has its own dedicated Inbox for seamless and transparent communication.

Will Untreepl re-count quantities upon receiving or during storage?

At Untreepl, we operate on a foundation of mutual trust. We rely on the quantities you provide in your incoming transfer and treat them as accurate. This approach streamlines operations, avoids unnecessary delays, and helps build transparent, reliable partnerships. How fast does Untreepl fulfill orders?

Some Shipper facilities are temperature controlled, while others are not. Availability depends on your assigned location. If temperature-sensitive storage is important for your products, let us know so we can match you with the right facility.

Which items are prohibited at Untreepl?

Untreepl cannot store or ship the following prohibited items:

• Perishable goods that require refrigeration or freezing

• Hazardous materials or dangerous goods (flammable, explosive, or toxic)

It’s flexible. You can commit as little or as much time as you can support. However, we recommend a minimum commitment of 2 hours per day, 6 days a week (excluding national holidays) to ensure smooth operations and consistent fulfillment performance.

How fast do I need to pick, pack, and ship orders?

All orders must be picked, packed, and shipped within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and national holidays. This ensures fast delivery for customers and helps you maintain a high Shipper Score on Untreepl.

What if I can no longer work with Untreepl?

We understand that things come up. If you need to pause or end your partnership with Untreepl, simply let us know at least 30 days in advance. You’ll be required to ship any inventory currently in your possession to a designated location. No hard feelings—we’ll be glad to work with you again in the future if the timing is right.
