Who is responsible for taxes and import duties?

All customs, taxes, and import duties related to your inbound inventory must be paid in full before arrival. Untreepl requires all shipments to be Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), ensuring smooth delivery into our network without unexpected delays or extra charges.

What if I decide to cancel with Untreepl?

We’re sorry to see you go, but there are no long-term contracts with Untreepl. If you decide to cancel, simply let us know and we’ll arrange to ship your products back to you within the agreed timeframe.
